- 2 1/2 tsp. dried sage (ground)
- 1 tsp. dried marjoram
- 1/2 tsp. peppercorns or coarse ground black pepper
- 3/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
- 3/4 tsp. dried rosemary
Combine all ingredients properly. Then, use a mortar and pestle or an electric spice grinder to process the mixture.
You can blend it until it turns into powdered form. Once it’s in powdered form, you can store it in an airtight container.
